Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING:
Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 2 - 7 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method.
International Orders: Typically delivered within 7 - 21 business days, subject to local customs clearance.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on business days will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will ship the following business day.
Customization/Personalization: May require additional processing time. We recommend verifying all custom details, as personalized items are nonrefundable.
Team Store and Pre-Order Products: May require additional processing time not included in the delivery estimate shown at checkout. Please refer to the product pages or contact us for more information.
Refusal of Shipment: We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries due to fraud or other concerns.
Import Duties/Taxes: Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local customs.

4. RETURN POLICY
Return Window: We accept returns within 20 days of the invoice date for a refund. Returns received after 20 days may be eligible for store credit only.
Condition: Items must be returned in clean, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and documentation.
Custom Items: Items with numbering, embroidery, sleeve alterations, or other customizations are nonrefundable.
Team Store / Pre-Order Items: These products are made to order and are nonrefundable.
Restocking Fees: Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping for Returns: We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS
Eligibility: Promotions are offered at our discretion and may have specific eligibility requirements.
Returns of Promotional Items: Returning items included in a promotional order may void the promotion. Any refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
Out-of-Stock Items: If an item in your promotional order is in stock, we may offer an alternative item or cancel that portion of the order, which could affect promotional eligibility.
6. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, and/or billing/shipping address.
In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
